Sunday Lunch Club 12th February

Our first event of the year to showcase the amazing beef here on the Chandler and Dunn Farm. The centre piece will be be roast sirloin from the Sussex herd with lots of seasonal veg, cauliflower cheese, Yorkies and roast potatoes finished with a red wine gravy made from the bones.
