Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any food items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have any concerns about the quality of your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us investigate, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable.

We will review each case individually and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
