Steamed clams, white asparagus and cured ham

Prawn croquetas, aoili, pickled cucumber

Soused mackerel and tapenade Gilda foccacia soldiers

 

Chorizo - crusted fillet of cod, crab risotto, confit datterini tomatoes, herb oil

Sauteed spinach

Custard tart, poached rhubarb and ginger
